Returns & Exchanges

As our mats are hand designed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size chosen
• Normal wear and tear
